– Exchange and return are allowed but slight usage traces in luxury goods may reduce the value, thus, please consult thoroughly before purchasing.
– Notify customer service within 24 hours after receiving the product for exchange or return request.
– If no product defects or simple change of mind: Buyer bears all shipping costs, prepay the courier and include 5000 KRW. For high-value items, additional insurance costs (10,000 to 20,000 KRW) for return courier due to initial shipment with insurance.
– If there are product defects: Contact customer service to assist with exchange or refund procedures, all shipping costs are borne by the seller.

- We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Requests made after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
