- Orders are primarily shipped via USPS and FedEx, unless you choose an alternative shipping method at checkout.
- Shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous United States.
- We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Although we carefully inspect each product before shipping to ensure quality, we understand that in certain cases, customers may need to return an item. Please review our return/exchange policy below:
- Return/ Exchange Period
- We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Requests made after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
- Return/ Exchange Conditions
- The product must be intact, unused, and free from dirt or damage.
- The original packaging, protective bag (if applicable), tags, labels, and accompanying accessories must be fully included.
We do not support returns/exchanges in the following cases:
- The customer chose the wrong model, wrong color, or changed their mind after purchase.
- The product has been used, shows signs of wear, damage, or has been altered by the customer.
- The product is custom-made or personalized.
- In Case of Defective or Damaged Product Upon Receipt
- If the product has a technical defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item.
- We will promptly inspect the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the product’s condition.
- Return/ Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team via email at [replace with your store’s email] and let us know the issue you’re experiencing.
- Provide photos of the product and the purchase invoice for our verification.
- Send the product to the address we provide after your request is approved.
- Return/Exchange Shipping Fee: Depending on the case, we will determine who is responsible for the shipping cost. If the product has a technical defect or the fault is on our end, we will cover the full shipping cost.
- Order Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may not be cancelable depending on the production department’s processing status.
- Before placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely (including house number and street name) to avoid delays or lost shipments.
- If the shipping address is incorrect and the delivery fails, the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss.
